This exceptional decaf comes from Red Ecolsierra, a cooperative of 250 families dedicated to organic and socially conscious farming since 1997. Grown in a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, these beans benefit from a unique single-harvest season, allowing the cherries to ripen slowly and develop a deep, uniform sweetness.
Processed using the natural CO2 method, the caffeine was removed without sacrificing the character of the land. Expect a rich, creamy body with the comforting flavors of the Magdalena department.
