What is speciality coffee and why is it different?
We source all of our coffees ourselves and only choose coffees which are grown at sustainable farms. Unlike traditional, commodity coffee (otherwise known as Robusta), our high quality Arabica coffees can only be cultivated by highly skilled farmers working with smaller lots than usual. These speciality varieties are grown at higher altitudes and are tended to without heavy use of pesticides.
In Berlin, we then roast the coffees delicately and carefully in a manner which showcases the coffees natural attributes. This approach is often referred to as the 'nordic style' of roasting. Traditional, cheap coffees are over-roasted, burnt and bitter. Our speciality coffees are roasted at lighter temperatures resulting in a far smoother, richer and more delicious cup.
I have never heard of Jaeger Morris, is it new?
We have worked in the coffee industry in Berlin for years but Jaeger Morris is a brand new venture. We're excited to have you journey with us!
What does Jaeger Morris do?
We select and roast speciality coffees in Berlin. On top of this we run a coffee shop in Mitte called Oslo Kaffebar.

When do you ship your orders?
We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders received by 9 pm the day before will proceed on the next shipping cycle.
Where do you ship to and how much will it cost?
Germany and many other countries within Europe. Please visit our shipping page for more information.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns if the product arrived damaged (excl. light wear from shipping) or if we sent the wrong product. Please get in touch for more information.
My favourite coffee is sold out, can I order it again sometime?
If a coffee you want has sold out, you can enter your email address to be notified of when it's available again. We roast frequently.
