Current favourite coffee

This little go-to morning ritual to make the grey weather cosy! This rich yet delicate filter coffee is fantastic brewed with V60 or Kalita. Our classic recipe for 1 cup is as follows:

Water temperature 97 degrees C

15gr coffee, medium grind

50gr water for 45 second bloom

250gr total water

brew time approx 3 minutes
