Tarcuyuc Farm – a beautiful 1-hectare family gem at 2,114 meters in the Peruvian highlands.
Planted with Bourbon (70%), Caturra, Typica, and a touch of Geisha, this lot grows under a lush mixed shade of pacay, pine, cedars, and the iconic tarcuyuc trees that give the farm its name.
Everything is processed right on the farm: pulped and dry-fermented for 17 hours, washed, then carried down to drying beds in Pacaybamba for 5–6 days – all cared for with love by Marely and their children Froylan and Janez.
Tiny-batch, family-grown perfection – one of our most heartfelt Peruvian lots this season.
