The Cafeína Women's Group is a collective of over 1,154 female coffee producers within the Cocatrel Cooperative in Três Pontas, Sul de Minas, Brazil, formed in 2019 to promote women's influence and participation in the coffee industry. Members meet regularly for education and training, sharing knowledge and improving their coffee production and visibility within the community and the cooperative. The group's initiatives aim to empower women in a historically male-dominated sector, fostering decision-making, and promoting high-quality coffee production.
